If your learning experience was completed after the end date of a recommendation period or if you completed your training before the start date of a recommendation period, you are not eligible to receive a badge or ACE Transcript.
It is important to communicate with your training provider about your intent to utilize ACE credit recommendations and to verify that you understand their plans to continue the ACE renewal process so you can ensure that there are no issues with your transcript.
