Each college or university has the authority to accept or reject ACE Transcripts or individual ACE credit recommendations for a variety of reasons. Ask for the reason that the decision was made in order to determine your options for next steps. Some colleges and universities offer an appeal process, which may require additional documentation.
If the college or university is not familiar with ACE recommendations and ACE Transcripts, ACE Learning Evaluations staff can provide additional information. Submit a service ticket directly via our ACE National Guide Help Center, and staff will contact you as soon as possible. For further assistance, call 866-205-6267 toll-free on Monday through Friday from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. (ET). If you leave a voicemail, include your name and detailed information about your situation.
Vocational credit recommendations are often technical in nature and are usually applied to certificate or vocational training programs at workforce centers or community colleges. Many colleges and universities do not accept vocational credit toward a bachelor’s degree.
