The American Council on Education (ACE) utilizes two official transcript providers: Credly and Accredible. When you are issued a credential with ACE credit recommendations, the organization that you completed training with will inform you which platform they have selected. Learners may need to request transcripts from both transcript providers if you have completed training from multiple organizations on the ACE National Guide.
Below are instructions for requesting an official ACE Transcript.
Requesting Credly Transcripts
- Use the link from your badge email or log-in at credly.com
- Navigate to your dashboard and click “send transcripts”
- Select which credentials you want to display
- Enter the recipient's name, email, and optional message.

Requesting Accredible Transcripts
- Use the link from your achievement email or log-in at accredible.com
- Navigate to your wallet (My Credentials) and click on Transcripts
- Use the “create a transcript” function to select which credentials you want to display
- Enter the recipient's name, email, and optional message.
- Once sent, navigate to the Transcript List to track transcript status.
