Step-by-Step Troubleshooting
- Confirm the training is ACE evaluated
- Not all training programs have been reviewed and recommended for credit by ACE
- Verify your specific course or training is listed on the ACE National Guide
- Confirm that you completed training during the dates when ACE credit was available; each credit recommendation has "start" and "end" dates associated.
- Verify course completion with your training provider
- Confirm with your training provider that you have successfully completed all requirements for the course or program
- Verify that your completion records were submitted to one of ACE’s digital credential providers: Credly or Accredible
- Request updated transcript records

- Contact ACE for Support
- If you have completed the above steps and your credentials still do not appear, reach out to ACE by submitting an email to credit@acenet.edu or use the Submit a Ticket function to contact our team.
